Before leaving for the Azores, well-known friends warned that a lunch at Associação Agrícola in Ribeira Grande was “a must do”. We tried to book right on arrival, and it was our best decision, because we only got a place for 12.15 on the last day. It was, in fact, an excellent lunch, with the memorable meat from the Azores. Lots of friendliness, great quality in preparation, simple presentation, and an adequate price. Surely it was REALLY mandatory.
