From north to south of Portugal, the famous Guia chicken is known.

Being close by, we purposely went to this village to try it at the place of origin.

We weren’t thrilled – a tasty chicken, as is common in Portugal, just smaller than usual, which didn’t seem to add anything noticeable in terms of texture and flavor.
