Pythagorio – A port

This is most beautiful city of Samos, and it lives for tourism.

​A ring of bars, restaurants and taverns embraces a cozy harbor, turning the pier into the city’s living room, where everything flows with pace and tranquility.

But, besides the animated port, the town is home to several archaeological sites and landmarks that showcase its rich history. The best of them are the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Heraion, an ancient sanctuary dedicated to the goddess Hera and the old Eupalinian Aqueduct.
