Scheveningen long ago
Just a glimpse of the beach doesn’t allow me to say much about it.
I’m from the south – that means a privilege when talking about beaches…
The beach
We were in Schveningen just once, in a sunny day of late August, when beaches in Portugal are starting the second half season.
I was not impressed – the beach is wide and well equipped, but the rough sea and dark water didn’t invite us (nor anyone else).
I know – it’s the risk of a first impression, but if that was the look in August…
