Visiting Feira
Castle

With construction beginning in the 11th century, the castle of Feira was used for around 500 years, successively being adapted to new resources and defensive solutions.
Then it went from hand to hand, burned down in the 18th century and was classified as a national monument in the 19th century.
It can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday.
Loios convent

Beginning in the 16th century, this imposing complex, on top of a hill, was built in the Mannerist style, with baroque additions.
On the staircase there is an original fountain and an 18th-century cross.
Misericórdia

The church of Misericórdia lis located in the historic center of the city, dating back to 1690. The dome ship collapsed during the 1755 earthquake but was later reconstructed, replacing most Manueline details by other styles, mainly Baroque.
City hall

The City Hall palace, built in 1929, is the most emblematic building in the beautiful Republic Square
