Molhe and Big beaches (praia Grande and praia da Angrinha), Arade mouth and one of the accesses to the famous trail of the 7 suspended valleys. It’s possible to explore the historic Fort of São João do Arade, which overlooks the river.
The village’s central square, Praça Rainha Dona Leonor, is lined with cafés and restaurants, making it an ideal spot to enjoy fresh seafood and soak in the local culture. Nature lovers may explore the famous Seven Hanging Valleys Trail, that has an end in the village.

Ferragudo is a small fishing village located on the bank of the Arade River, opposite the city of Portimão, just in the mouth of the river.
That gives the opportunity to choose a beach in the open sea, or another protected by the harbor of Portimão, with the expected advantages for children.
