Big Sur


Stretching over 150 km between Monterrey and San Simeon, Big Sur is a natural park with spectacular views. Beaches, rocky headlands and forests take turns along the route, here and there with the respective fauna enjoying freedom.

There are a variety of sights to be observed, from some human constructions (lighthouse, bridges) to natural features such as waterfalls and coves.

Sought after by naturists and environmentalists, polluting human intervention is minimal, which means you shouldn’t rely on fuel in Big Sur.

To eat, I only saw a restaurant – Nepenthe – but it was enough… and good.
